How We Work

Our standard engagement follows a three-phase playbook:

1. Audit & Mapping Inventory all sending systems, domains, and subdomains; collect DMARC and deliverability data to see where the risks lie.
2. Remediation & Hardening Redesign SPF/DKIM/DMARC, coordinate changes with platforms and agencies, and bring the domain into full compliance.
3. Guardian Monitoring Ongoing monitoring, quarterly reviews, and change management whenever new tools, domains, or agencies are added.

Wherever possible, we automate data collection and alerting so issues are caught before they become revenue-impacting blocks.

Governance & Risk Posture

Sender Guardian is operated by Workflow Advisors LLC, a New York–registered firm headed by a team with decades of experience in risk management and internal controls.

We treat email authentication as a risk management discipline, not a creative one. We carry Professional Liability (Tech E&O) insurance for DNS and digital infrastructure management and follow strict change-management practices: written plans, documented DNS changes, and reproducible configurations.
