Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 14, 2025

If you request a refund before we begin work, we process it quickly. Once deliverables are provided, refunds are limited to cases where we failed to deliver what was promised. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The email used at checkout
  • Company/brand name
  • Purchase date and (if available) Stripe receipt/invoice ID
  • A brief reason for the request

2. Email Deliverability Action Plan (e.g., $99)

2.1 Full refund (before work begins)

If you request a refund within 3 days of purchase and before we deliver the Action Plan, we will issue a full refund.

2.2 After the Action Plan is delivered

Once the Action Plan is delivered, refunds are generally not available. The exception is if we failed to deliver the promised deliverables (for example, the Action Plan is not provided, is materially incomplete, or does not include the core items described on the Action Plan page).

If you believe this applies, request a refund within 7 days of delivery, and we will review and respond promptly.

3. Setup / Implementation services

For one-time implementation services, you may request a full refund before work begins. Once work begins (including investigation, coordination, or changes to infrastructure), fees are generally non-refundable because time and capacity have been allocated.

4. Ongoing monitoring / retainers

For recurring services, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable and service continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Timing can vary by bank/card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first at [email protected]. Chargebacks increase costs and delay resolution; we will provide documentation of delivered work in response to payment disputes.
